The Pursuit of Happiness, my favorite movie

I found out these quotes in the internet because I have a resume that asks me about my favorite movie and the reason why I like it.

I could easily come up with 2 movies. "I am Sam" and "The Pursuit of Happiness"

I was crying quietly all the time while I watched "I am Sam". You know, this movie is a story of people, Sam and his daughter. Sam has a problem on his head so he is not smart as usual adults. This made his daughter be moved to a child-care institution. But there was nothing to stop his love. Yeah, they eventually met again.

Another is the movie about a person who was in poverty and it shows how he finally succeed. I could see how he overcame his difficult situations and who he has strong mind.

Quotes from my favorite movie, "The Pursuit of Happiness".

Christopher Gardner: It was right then that I started thinking about Thomas Jefferson on the Declaration of Independence and the part about our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And I remember thinking how did he know to put the pursuit part in there? That maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what. How did he know that?

Christopher Gardner: Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?
Christopher: All right.
Christopher Gardner: You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period.
