today's volunteering task

After going to the 'Maehwa' social volunteering organization where I volunteer, I burned out. I usually teach my middle school children but what I had to do today was to supervise more children than usual. It is because the midterm exam is coming. So there were almost 20 students I had to manage.

As you know, the most of children don't like studying. Who likes to study? If somebody likes to study, he or she is very special because they'd like to hang out or talk to friends. I know ther are still young. Their ages are 14 to 15 (it's calculated by Korean way) so they don't know why to study, for what to study. This is the reason why they don't like studying. For me, I want to study and need to study and have to study. I know my reason.

Anyway, they were soooo noisy and I was hard to supervise them. I didn't want to yell at them because I know they are young and I have an experience of my middle school. I might be same at them. So I used in polite words to keep them quiet but they were children. So they knew I was like an polite teacher. It means I am easy to control and if they make a noise, they guess I will not punish them. I felt it so I had to yell at them, be angry, punish them.

I had to do like that that I didn't want to do for 2 hours. I guess that's my reason why I was burned out.

I guess I am weak or my mind is vulnerable. I need to practice to keep my mind strong.

But what I need now is the ablility to be fluent in English. So I decided to find some sites where I could make a free blog.
Most of my instructors say that if you want to be fluent in a foreign language, you need to read what they read. You need to listen what they listen. You need to watch what they watch.
That's why I have come here.
